We do not release any non-public information about you to any non-affiliated third parties except as authorized in your application.  The information you provided when you applied for your policy is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized by you in your application, and then only to the extent necessary for underwriting and issuing your policy with the following exceptions:  1) We may disclose non-public information to one of our affiliated companies to process a transaction for you (for example, to process claims); 2) with your written authorization; and 3) otherwise as permitted by law. 

Your Right to Verify Accuracy of Information We Collect

You have the right to review the personal information we collect about you.  If you believe any of this information about you contains errors, please contact us so we may review our files.

Security Procedures to Protect Your Information

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulatory standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.  Also, when you are using our web site, you can do so with confidence that we do not track your use of it in any way, or collect any information that you do not intentionally send to us.
